SECTION 1 - COACHING SERVICES

By engaging in our coaching services, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth and development. Coaching does not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for such services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless written parental consent is provided.

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws.

SECTION 2 - BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If we need to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

SECTION 3 - CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, confidentiality may be broken if there is a clear risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including written materials, images, and digital products—is the property of Camellia Coaching unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the site or its content without express written permission.

Coaching outcomes depend on individual commitment and participation. We make no guarantees regarding specific results.

Camellia Coaching will not be held liable for any damages—direct or indirect—that may result from the use or misuse of our website, coaching sessions, or content. You agree to use the service at your own risk.
